I am dedicated to helping young adults, women, and children cope with trauma and mental health issues by providing affordable therapy. I specialize in three types of clients- women and young adults who are dealing with past trauma; especially from childhood abuse and neglect, people who often think they are not worthy of love or respect, and women with body image or eating issues. I have 13+ years of experience working in the human service field, particularly with abused adults and children. I am an advocate for the elderly, single parents, families with incarcerated sons or daughters, and LGBTQIA individuals.

I take an eclectic approach using different therapeutic techniques depending on individual client’s needs. A few of the therapeutic techniques I use in sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Contemplative Practices, art therapy, and Mindfulness.
